Instruction in the safe operation of tractors.  Suitable for tractor drivers with little or no experience working in agriculture, amenity, forestry, industrial and horticulture industries.

The Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) require employers to provide adequate training and to ensure that tractors are driven only by employees who have received appropriate training in their safe use, including with attachments and trailers.

Upon successful completion of the course and meeting the required standard, candidates are awarded a Lantra integrated training and assessment certificate.

Shorter courses are available for experienced operators who need to gain this qualification or renew an existing certificate.
