Food Hygiene Course
C.I.E.H. Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene

This is a 1 day course which covers the training requirements of the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and increases awareness of the responsibility to protect food from contamination.

Upon completion of the course trainees have to sit a multi-choice examination paper and on obtaining the required grade, will be awarded the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene.
